The Ayrshire invites you to be among the first to revisit Canada's oldest standing flatiron building - spectacularly restored to its hotel origins, and ready to inspire new memories.

The grand Dalby building, originally constructed in 1865, has long been a defining feature of Elora's local charm. Before becoming The Ayrshire Hotel, it lived other lives and chapters which the locals still talk about today.
